二.咖啡

两大类:

Arabica - sweeter, softer; higher altitude, higher acidity,pricier (Jamaica blue mountain coffee)

Robusta - stronger, harsher, easier to grow, more caffeine

咖啡泡法:

1. Espressos (origin of Italy, pressurized brewing, dark and concentrated)

2. French press

3. Percolator, Drip-brew (coffee maker)

Nespresso (origin of Switzerland, pressurized, particle size distribution optimization)

Keurig (not pressurized. No particle size optimization.)

咖啡杯:

Fine bone china

New bone china (calcium oxide) – synthesized bone china

Home made coffee:
one Nespresso capsule 8-10 oz,
add 2 tsp Bailey, 2 tsp cappuccino instant, 1 tsp almond extract, 1 tsp honey.
